edgelinkIOT Alerts – SMS Opt-In Information

During onboarding, users directly provide their mobile number and give explicit consent to receive SMS alerts by confirming their agreement as part of the user setup process.

Users can opt in to receive safety and system monitoring SMS alerts from Edgelink Systems (“edgelinkIOT Alerts”) during system onboarding, installation, commissioning, or by providing their mobile phone number and explicit written consent directly to Edgelink Systems or an authorized facility administrator.

By opting in, users agree to receive text messages related to sensor alerts, safety notifications, system warnings, and equipment status changes. Message frequency varies based on system events. Standard message and data rates may apply.

How to Opt In:

• Provide your mobile phone number and explicit written consent to an Edgelink Systems representative during onboarding or installation, OR

• Provide your number and consent to your facility administrator who manages your alerts, OR

• Text JOIN to the EdgelinkIOT Alerts number (if enabled).

How to Opt Out:
Text STOP at any time to stop receiving messages.
