By subscribing to edgelinkIOT SMS alerts, you agree to receive text messages related to safety, environmental, and system-monitoring events. These alerts may include out-of-range sensor notifications, gas detection alarms, water leak warnings, or other critical system conditions detected by Edgelink-managed equipment.
Message frequency varies based on system events. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Opt-In

Users opt in to receive SMS alerts during system onboarding, equipment installation, commissioning, or by providing their mobile number directly to Edgelink Systems or an authorized administrator.
Some customers may also opt in by texting JOIN to the EdgelinkIOT Alerts phone number.

Opt-Out

You may stop receiving messages at any time:

Text STOP to the EdgelinkIOT Alerts number.
You will receive a confirmation message and no further alerts will be sent unless you opt in again.
